Christmas day!!!!

Ok, so here is another long blog, but.....Christmas Day at the 'Olsons" (hopefully you won't get sick of our house!) at noon. Meal first, games and presents later. I bought the board game, Deal No Deal. I'm excited to see how it works. We are in the process of having Margaret draw names for anyone who wishes to participate. If someone doesn't like shopping, they can opt to not have their name thrown in. We'll hand out all the gifts and then go around the room, not by age, and whoever has a gift opens it. The adults decided not to do a 'guy' or 'girl' (or old lady gift if your refering to Pauline...just kidding) gift and chose instead to donate money to Baron. I'm sure his bills are astronomical and if we can help, even if just a little, it would make my Christmas special.

Here's the list:

Ellen: Ham, mashed potatoes, gravy (I think I'll make up some turkey sandwiches also)
Pauline: Veggie tray, pop, water and sweet potatoes (PLEASSSEEE John!)
Karen: Scalloped corn, paper plates (platter size), possibly card tables and chairs
Brenda: Scalloped or Augratin potatoes
Margaret: Salad
Mom: snowflake buns
