Hey everyone

I haven't really had anything exciting happen, but that's no excuse. The girls are actually excited to start school and I've pulled out a new book of blank checks!! Seem's like the first two weeks, that's all I do. Activity fees went up this year to $55 for most activities. Good thing there is a cap as I usally reach that.

Britt has already had volleyball practice start this week. She has a tournament August 30. She's also trying out for the fall play and requested a small part because of her busy schedule. Her summer rec softball coaching is done and she did a great job with that group of girls.

Cort will start volleyball practice August 25. She's been busy babysitting and socializing with her friends.

We will be shingling our house starting the Thursday before Labor Day through that weekend. It will be so nice to have that done....or at least started!

Justin should be coming home around November 25 and has said they are starting to prepare things to leave. Yeah!! There is a girl in his unit that isn't apparently pulling her weight (sick days, ect) so he's been having to cover for her as well as complete his own work.

Speaking of work, I had better get back to mine.
